Is rooted in Jeremiah 1:9-10 AMP

9 Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.

10 See, I have this day appointed you to the oversight of the nations and of the kingdoms to root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.

Everything we exist for is to assist those individuals who are willing to get to the root of their issues, pull down and destroy those things that are hindering/holding you back and then build, plant and put in place the things that will enable you to maintain and advance to become the person (the Kingdom Citizen) God designed you to be.
